Head CoachCoach Emma has been the head coach of Harbour Tide for the past five years. She is also an educator and the head coach of the Clear Springs High School Aquatics Team.

Head CoachCoach Shae is an experienced competitive swimmer, having swam for Harbour Tide, Clear Falls High School, South Shore Sails, and Colorado Mesa University. He is coaching his third year with Harbour Tide.

Assistant CoachCoach Madison is an experienced competitive swimmer, having swam for Harbour Tide for the past 11 seasons, and she is also a current swimmer for Clear Falls High School. She is a first-year coach with Harbour Tide.
